Today is a good day for us!

Good news!!!! I went to see the doctor today and it would seem that I have the all clear - whoop whoop! They said they can't be dogmatic about it but it looks really good - and this means no radiotherapy for me ( also my blood levels were looking normal)! In fact I don't have to go back to the hospital for another 3 months.
(They will keep a close eye on me for the next few years with check up's every three months).

I didn't sleep much last night, so I'm quite exhausted - but really releaved and also in shock! I don't think it has quite sunk in yet!

I don't know how to thank you all for all the wonderful ways you have shown love and support to me. From my experience, over the past year, battling cancer strips you of all hope and with out hope - living is very difficult - but your messages have restored hope in me and encouraged me to keep going when every thing seemed so bleak and painful. Thank you for taking the time to read the blog. Thank you for taking the time to leave me messages and pray for me.

You have been incredble and I will always remember your kindess to me. I've said this before but I'll say it again, I really think the support and love I have been shown has been every bit as valueable as the medical help. It's a shame to end our blogging relationship, but it is for good reasons.
Lots of love, Mari xxxx

Woo Hoo! What wonderful news, Mari.

At long last you can begin to look forward to a nomal life - but how ever can life be "normal" again after what you have been through? It will obviously take some time for it to sink in fully, and maybe it never will, but at least you don't have the awful anticipation of more treatment hanging over you. What a blessing.

Now go and enjoy the rest of your life, safe in the knowledge that your God really is looking after you! Every blessing!

Mari
It is a joy to read this news. I am so happy for you. This long year plus is seemingly turning towards a different season ahead for you; and I'm happy for you.
God has done amazing things in all of this and it's never going to be forgotten. You're amazing in your courage and your willingness to be vulnerable and allow others to come along with you. Thanks for the privilege of sharing your life with me, and others,

Elliott
