This week.

Just updating you... I have felt quite rough this week but this is just the usual post chemo feeling. Today I had to go in to the hospital as one of my veins is inflamed, it is very hard and sore. The Dr's have put me on a course of antibiotics just to ensure it doesn't turn nasty.

I am back in hospital again next week on Wednesday for tests and on Thursday for round 13 of chemo, (after having my injections at home for the first time)!
I hope you all have a lovely weekend, thanks for continuing to read this blog and post such lovely messages.
With Love, Mari x

Naughty vein, I do pray it's behaving itself now and doing what it should!
Pray everything settles and you have some feel good days now, and a chance to be comfortable in the waiting for the next chemo.
It's countdown time now Mari, nearly there, well done.
Perhaps it's prophetic that they're doing up all the Countdown stores here and making them look beautiful!!
Much love, Judith xx

Darling Mari, you continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. Hope the anti-biotics are not making you feel groggy and that your vain gets less painful/heals soon. Glad you have less hospital visits and can have your injections at home, I guess this will be a taste for things to come (not needing to go to hospital)...bring that on! May you enjoy and get the most out of your 'good patch' before round 13. Sending you all our love, Lisa & Phil. XX

Dear Mari

Hang on in there. There are lots of us praying who have heard on the grapevine what is going on, and we don't always get round to letting you know that we are praying...but we are.
Love Maggie Sherborne (you knew me as Leonard)
