Back into hospital

Mari was able to have a few days away this week which was a nice change but her temperature has been inconsistent and a couple of time has very strong shivers and shakes. Her temperature went up to 38.8 today ( 102 F) and she is supposed to go back into hospital if it exceeds 38. We phoned the hospital who wanted her to go straight in so has just gone ( Friday early evening UK time) The consultant wants to look at her white blood cells. She will be in at least overnight or over the weekend, she is due to have the next round of chemo on Tuesday.

Thanks again for all your support and prayers.

With love
The Days

Precious love, I imagine you must feel pretty awful. I am praying that your symptoms will improve rapidly so you can return home to rest. We love you dearly and our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Lisa & Phil. X

A quote for you...
“So you must not be frightened if a sadness rises up before you larger than any you have ever known, if a restiveness, like light and cloud shadow passes over your hands and over all that you do. You must think that something is happening with you, that life has not forgotten you, that it holds you in its hand; it will not let you fall”.
Rainer Maria Rilke (1875 - 1926)

Laine and I just lifted up a prayer for you, Mari. You and your family are very dear to us and we are standing with you in faith for God's strength and healing. I pray specifically that God's power would not only remove the cancer completely, but also remove the side affects of the chemo. Certainly He is strong in our weakness and He is strong in you. We love you!

I've only just found this note (our Saturday afternoon) Mari, but this morning was praying for you and felt that what you needed MOST was for Jesus to wrap his arms around you and hold you in the centre of His creative order so that everything fell into line with that - am going to keep reminding him about it!
Saw some other lovely things, but will email you very soon with those.
Love and hugs,
